Shipping’s & Returns


All our products are made to the highest quality. In the manufacturing of synthetic grass there are alot of processes. Everything is done to ensure you receive a product or superior quality. If for some reason your product has been delivered and you feel there may be a problem. Please feel free to contact us and we will request a few photos to asses the issue. If the product is found to be faulty or not as promised, We will replace the goods for you on a credit basis. Please contact us immediately to have the issue sorted out in a timely manner.


All deliveries are made within 48-72hrs from payment clearance or on receipt of payment. Deliveries are made Mon-Sat between 7:00AM Р5:00PM. Depending on the size of your order you should have someone there to take collection of your order. Delivery drivers will be delivering and dropping the goods only. Delivery drivers will not be able to transport your goods onsite to any other location that where the truck is able to deliver. Any special delivery requests should be attached as you purchase or contact us direct by email or our contact page with your order no.

Pick up

You are able to pick up the good directly from our warehouse at Unit1/4 Orielton Road, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567 Australia. Pick up times are between 6:00PM – 5:00PM by appointment only.


Please make sure you choose your product carefully. We do not offer refunds. Full credit will be warranted if goods are returned within 48 days of purchase. Delivery or returned goods will be at the customers expense + 10% of total purchase price for restocking & admin.
